

CRM The History.
CRM has over thirty years experience in the management and refurbishment of commercial properties in the Dublin region.
The company was founded in 1977 by Owen and Vi Ferguson to manage and maintain properties, and very quickly established itself as one of the premier companies in its field, providing a professional management service to its very high profile list of clients, some of whom we have listed on the following pages.
The company was taken over in 1983 by Walter and Carol Newburn who continued to manage and refurbish properties for their extensive list of high profile clients until 2007 when the current managing director Robbie Hamilton, who had worked for the company managing many of its most recent projects, took over the company.
Robbie Hamilton has a Bachelor of Engineering degree, and prior to joining CRM worked for both large and small building firms gaining the necessary management skills and experience to enable him to offer a complete management service to all of the company’s clients.

CRM The Company.
As our offices, workshop and stores are in Dartmouth Terrace, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, they are very conveniently located to serve all our clients in the Greater Dublin area. This ensures that we can offer a prompt and efficient service to all our clients, and as much of our work is carried out in occupied buildings which entails a great deal of co-ordination with management, staff, Architects, Designers and security personnel, this ensures that we can manage our projects very efficiently on behalf of all our clients.
CRM maintains all necessary insurances to cover public liability (details provided on request)
We also hold a current C2 certificate of Authorisation and a tax clearance certificate from the Revenue Commissioners.
All staff hold a current Fas Safe pass and the company safety statement is fully updated to include all current safety legislation.
